The bike is stable but will need a better seat. Unfortunately, the last instruction for connecting the seat unit to the frame was very poor. It is not easy to adjust the bike. However, the bike is a good value.

I have M.S. & purchased this product for exercise regiment, since walking is hard and places where pool use is available are expensive. Great general bike except for two problems (may be specific to myself):
Resistance adjustment knob should be centered, not off to right side (my right knee bends inward);
possible to slide down in back of seat, causing discomfort. I use a pillow to prevent.
The side rail covers did not fit - no matter what we tried.

With neuropathy, rods in my back and can't walk to far, my Dr suggested this type of machine. It takes the load off my back and my legs don't get painful, so am working to strengthen them. Within week I could do 20 min at a time and get up pain free. Watch TV and pedal away. Also is helping my weight loss program.

The bike took quite a long time for me to setup, about an hour or more. Once assembled, the operation is so smooth and quiet. gives me a decent work out to control my cholesterol and diabetes. Did I say I love it because it's so quiet? I can be riding it at 3am and not wake up anyone in the house.

easy to use for a light workout while watching tv.Much better than just sitting on the couch!
After putting together my bike it made a loud noise,the magnets became stuck together during shipping. I called c.s. and they gave me a number to call to get easy directionsto fix the problem. They stayed on the phone with me through all the directions as i fixed the minor issue. ( I was told that a replacement is available if I prefered) The magnets moved back into place easily and the bike was perfect! Been happily riding since!

I am amazed at how comfortable this bike is, how easy it was to set up, how quiet and smooth it is, and how many muscles are getting a work out. I really couldn't be happier with it. I needed to strengthen my legs without irritating my hip joints, where I have bursitis. This works wonderfully and I can adjust the push as my legs get stronger. My husband uses it too. It is so quiet we can watch TV while using it. I was surprised at how often the nuts on the seat loosened. The instructions do advise to check them before each use.

Great product. When weather's bad and I can't walk for an hour I ride this bike for an hour and get a great work-out. Also love that I can catch up on my reading and do those very annoying phonecalls (bill correction, service requests, etc.) while burning calories. This bike is just what I expected. It's inexpensive and light, but fairly well made. It definitely is not a performance trainer, but the resistance is adequate to get your heart pumping. For the occasional workout or physical therapy, it's perfect. Plus it is really quiet so I can ride and watch TV or have a conversation with no problem.
It arrived earlier than expected. Big plus. When I put it together the mechanism was hard to turn with a horrible scraping noise. I am mechanically inclined so I took it apart and one of the resistance magnets was stuck and rubbing on the flywheel. Once it clicked back in place it worked perfectly. This is a simple machine, so it can be fixed by the owner if you know how to use tools.

Great bike. Mom came over, and we set the bike up together, and we've both tried it out. Took a couple of hours, but directions were pretty clear. The handlebar covers were hard to put on. After a few minutes of trial and error, and a quick prayer, we determined that spraying the windex down into the foam covers and rolling the liquid around before putting them on worked like a charm. The covers slid on easily. I liked the spanner tool, it worked well, even though I purchased a 14mm wrench just in case.
The bike is uber quiet. It's a sturday, basic bike. Don't spend tons of money on fancy hoo-ha features, when your ultimate goal is to lose weight and track the distance you've gone.

I'm over weight and have bad knees. My doctor says I need to get more exercise. Under an hour setup was easy using the included hardware and wrench. It's well built, comfortable, and easy to use. This recumbent bike does the trick in fine fashion.
Talk about quick service and delivery... I placed the order late one afternoon. The bike arrived a day and a half later. It took about 45 minutes to set it up. Bottom line is that within 48 hours of ordering, I was riding.

In the past 5 years, I have gone through two back surgeries, a hip surgery. I have been unable to get back on track as I have been incapacitated. This bike is perfect. I do 15 minutes per day and am startng out slow and working the tension gradually. The back rest is a great feature and the bike , quality wise is great and runs smooth.
The computer scan is great to watch time, calorie etc. Amazing product for an incredible price. Thanks.

I love this bike. I wanted an exercise I could do while watching TV and this product is perfect! It's super quiet and does not take up a lot of space or interfere with the view of the TV.
I had some issues when first using the bike. It was making a loud rubbing sound as I pedaled. I took the plastic cover off and found that the belt was rubbing against the cover. Knowing that, a simple adjustment of the cover took care of the problem. Overall, I love the product and it was well worth the money.
Delivery was prompt! Box was a little banged up, but no damage to product. Fed ex tracking made it easy to know exactly when my product was going to be delivered.

I use this bike as extra therapy for my right knee replacement I had 6 months ago. It is so quiet that I can use it at anytime! Although I put it together by myself it did take me awhile but managed from start to finish! The front end is a bit heavy and I found it was hard to adjust to the length I needed. It's easy to step through, hop on and get going! The computer that you attach is very easy to read and is very accurate. So far, so good!

Will fit very tall as well as short people. Does not disassemble easily, and like all recumbent bikes, takes up a lot of room. Several parts are not quite symmetrical, and you cannot tell from the instructions which way they are assembled, except by trial and error. Relatively few pieces to assemble. The adjustment of resistance range is very wide, from very easy to very hard to pedal. The computer is the cheapest looking electrical unit I have ever seen; very fragile case; can't comment on how well it functions since my computer never worked. Never could figure out how to mount the pedal straps, but fortunately, they are not needed. There needs to be an adjustable mount for the computer, a slot on the back of the very thin case slides over a big hunk of metal. Extremely pleased on how well it operates (minus computer); expensive bikes are no better and most not as good. The seat is a little hard on the tail bone, but firmness of seat is needed on bikes. Otherwise, very comfortable.

I had foot surgery earlier this year. My doctor recommended an exercise bike as a way to get some exercise without hurting my foot. I never exercise, I hate it- but this bike is very easy to use and makes exercising easier. You can sit in front of the TV with your remote! Highly recommend for those who hate exercise!

I have had this bike for a little over a week now. I have used it almost everyday. I have a bad knee and this bike does not bother it in anyway. I love that it is so quiet and I can watch t.v. while using it. I did put it as uncomfortable, but only because the seat starts to hurt a little bit after a while-I use it for an hour. So adjusting yourself here and there tends to help me with that. Adjusting the seat also seems to be a little difficult, so I would suggest two people do it if more than one person is using the bike. Otherwise just keep it in one setting. I am so happy I bought this bike to continue my weight-loss and just live a healthier lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have orthoststic hypotension which results in loss of balance, making walking diffult. I am hoping that using the bike will help maintain circulation in my legs.
I have lost much of the dexterity in my hands,but the bike was relatively easy to assemble.

Bought the bike to rehab the left knee. Set up easily, would prefer a couple more holes to shorten the distance to the pedals for shorter people. Probably will drill my own holes. Really quiet, smooth. It has plenty of resistance adjustment for what I need, am at 2 now, will increase as the knee recovers. Great product, excellent for the price!

I have had back surgery & knee surgery and this bike is perfect because it does not make either my knees or back hurt when using it. It gives you a good workout in a short time and is very quite and user friendly. The only down side is it does not show the miles you are going I believe it is in kilometers.

I found the seat a little uncomfortable. So I put my back massager seat on it and I get a massage while I exercise. I am 5'7" and I had to put it on the first hole at the shortest position. Anyone shorter than my height might have a problem. For the money it is a good value. It has all the necessary time, distance, speed and calories burned.

This bike is a good bike. I do not like the look of the simple handle bars, they take away from the design of the bike. When putting the bike together, I found that the square tube that slides for adjusting the leg length was bent. This make the bike difficult to adjust the length. The bike is serving it's pur[ose, but I should have bought one with a heart monitor.

The assembly directions are a little unclear( like which pad was for the seat back and which one was the seat). But it goes together easy. It is extremely quiet, I can't hear it make a noise. Compact, doesn't take up a lot of room in my small living room. Better then my mom's that cost her almost $700. Its quieter, smaller, easy to adjust and more comfortable then my mom's.

I wanted a simple product without all the electronic gadgets that monitor everything. Usually those are worthless. Also, the typical readout panel just gets in your way of watching TV. This unit is very well designed. Assembly was simple (except for trying to determine what piece is the seat cushion and what piece is the back...never did figure it out). The small plastic trim around my resistance-setter was broken in [...]. I called the 800 number, and they sent a replacement for the entire piece with no questions. I haven't installed the new piece yet since the unit works perfectly. I read all the reviews before purchasing this. Some problems expressed by other people just are NOT true: there's plenty of resistance; and it adjusts perfectly well for short people. I can't see any reason not to buy this bike...or any reason to spend more money on a different one.

Very smooth and comfortable. For this reason, I get a better workout on this bike than a high-end machine at the company gym- you can stay on it longer.
The only drawback is the slide adjustment can be a little difficult and they should add one more hole for shorter people (there's plenty of room for even two).

This is a good purchase for you if you want a low-impact workout. The bike is extremely quiet and comfortable to sit in. If you're not sure if you will like the recumbent bike position however, you should probably sit in one before buying it. It requires you to sit with very straight posture that supports the back-- it's not meant to be a recliner.
I am pleased with the smoothness and resistance of the bike. Note that the resistance settings are manual, so this is more for low-impact endurance building than for an intensive cardio workout. However it is still great for getting your heart rate up and the electronic display keeps track of the time, calories burned, etc.

The seat gets old after a while and doesn't feel level with the floor. 30 minutes is about the limit.
I start out warming up at 6, then put it to 8 for the peak of my workout. 8 is the max; for a really serious stationary biker this max is not enough.

It was set at level2 when I received it and I have not been adventurous at experimenting with other levels as yet. So there are no problems with the bike for me at this time. I was delighted with it's solidity and it is truly a " recumbent" bicycle while the ones I had used before in gyms and at a physical rehabilitation facility were not. So I prefer it to the more expensive bikes I've used. The assembly required another person.I have given it 4 stars because I have not adjusted the level , my experience is at the 5 star level.

All around nice quiet easy smooth ride, can peddle away and hear my t.v. while I sweat away. Occasionally the peddle straps come undone as they are not really fastened on well, but for the price and quietness of it, bike is definitely worth it. assembly would have been a breeze if it wasnt for a bent piece of metal which i had to hammer back into place to, also take the manuals advise and use windex or water to slide on the foam handle covers. Doing it without was an excercise in itself.

One phone call to Phoenix and within 2-3 days I had a replacement part.Mainly used for phys therapy after knee replacement and general conditioning.Overall a fine choice. So smooth compared to the old exercycles 20 or so years ago. they were so bad I vowed never to have another exercise bike. Glad I broke my vow with this machine. For the price a great value.

Adjusting the seat to accommodate more than one rider is too difficult. It should be one easy motion.
The LCD is useless. You can't even restart it for each workout.
The rubber for the handle bars is so difficult to "slip" on makes you want to skip it.
It seems cheaply made so I hope it lasts.

I'm 5'8" and the bike even at it's minimum length adjustment causes me to slouch in order for my feet to comfortably fit the pedals. This means I have to adjust the seat beyond the minimum, resulting in no adjustment lock of the length. Then, the bike length increases as I use it because it's not locked.

Use daily for basic exercise routine. Seat is a little too firm and it takes two people to adjust (slide is very stiff). Otherwise excellent product for the money.
