Our favorite Upright under $200, this is a great bike for the buck. With 6 pace setting programs to push you through your workouts. Smooth magnetic resistance can be easily adjusted by turning the knob conveniently located just under the handle bars. All your workout stats are tracked on the large, easy to ready monitor. Heart Rate can be measured on the integrated hand grip sensors and displayed on the monitor.

Performance Monitor - The LCD monitor on the Stamina 15-5300 Upright allows you to track time, distance, speed, calories and heart rate using the integrated hand grip sensors.
Workout Programs - The Stamina 15-5300 Upright features 6 pace setting programs in which the computer takes you through pre-set programs by displaying a set speed for you to match. Do your best to keep up, or see if you can outpace the computer.
Multi Position Handle Bars - The multi position handlebars allow for a variety of riding positions from a normal seated position to a crouched sprint position, and even a standing hill climbing position with the hands on the farthest point of the bars. Integrated hand grip Heart Rate sensors pick up the users pulse and transmit it to the monitor for display.
Seat - The Stamina 15-5300 Upright's seat has extra padding and is ergonomically designed to provide comfort on rides of any length. The seat adjusts vertically with a locking pull pin and multiple hole stop settings.
Pedals - The flat pedals on the Stamina 15-5300 Upright don't have any straps to keep your feet on the pedal. If you like a more secure ride or want to be able to pull up on the pedals for added power and to evenly build leg muscles, look for pedals with straps.
Resistance Adjustment - The Stamina 15-5300 Upright uses magnetic resistance to provide a virtually silent biking experience. The resistance can be adjusted by turning the knob located just under the handle bars.
Floor Protectors - The deluxe floor protectors on the Stamina 15-5300 Upright protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.
