Wheelchair Accessibility: The Stamina InStride Cycle can be used on top of any desk or table so those in a wheelchair can enjoy the cardio benefits of upper body biking.
Performance Monitor: The Stamina InStride Cycle does not have a monitor. If you?d like to be able to track you workout length or stats look for a bike that does have a monitor.
The Stamina InStride Cycle is designed to be placed on a desk, table or the floor. You?ll need to be seated to use it, but any chair will do, just make sure it?s sturdy and you?re comfortable.
Pedals: The pedals feature straps to keep your feet on the pedals when using the InStride Cycle as a lower body bike. Easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes, just pick the slot that best fits your feet. The pedals are also designed to fit comfortably in your hands when using the upper body bike feature.
Resistance Adjustment: The resistance can be adjusted by turning the knob on top of the InStride Cycle. This tightens a bolt against the pedals increasing the effort required to pedal.
Floor Protectors: The floor protectors on the Stamina InStride Cycle protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.
