 Performance Monitor The LCD monitor on the Schwinn 131 Upright allows you to track time, interval time, RPM's, Watts, distance, speed, calories burned, resistance level and heart rate using the integrated hand grip sensors. It also allows you to input your workout goal for calories burned and the monitor will then countdown to that target. | Workout Programs
The Schwinn 131 Upright features 23 user programs. There are 10 pre-set courses in which the computer adjusts the resistance to take you through a workout. Additional programs include time trial with pacer, 3 Heart Rate control programs and 2 user created programs. You can also set your desired goal for calories burned, check your BMI, Heart Rate and Pulse Recovery. Or set your own workout pace using the Manual and Quick Start modes.
|  Multi Position Handle Bars The multi position handlebars allow for a variety of riding positions from a normal seated position to a crouched sprint position, and even a standing hill climbing position with the hands on the farthest point of the bars. Integrated hand grip Heart Rate sensors pick up the users pulse and transmit it to the monitor for display. |  Seat The Schwinn 131 Upright's seat has extra padding and is ergonomically designed to provide comfort on rides of any length. The seat adjusts vertically with a locking pull pin and multiple hole stop settings. |  Pedals Foot straps on the pedals allow you to pull up on the pedals, giving you more power and evenly builds your leg muscles. The Schwinn 131 Upright uses magnetic resistance to provide a virtually silent biking experience. The resistance can be adjust by a push of a button on the Monitor, or choose one to the pre-set programs and let the computer adjust the resistance for you.
