For those who need an exclusively upper body workout or want the variety of having both upper and lower body bikes. The Motion Fitness Easy Mini-Cycle can be used under or on top of any desk or table. The Monitor tracks time, speed, distance and calories burned.

Wheelchair Accessibility: The Motion Fitness Easy Mini-Cycle can be used on top of any desk or table so those in a wheelchair can enjoy the cardio benefits of upper body biking.
Performance Monitor: The Motion Fitness Easy Mini-Cycle monitor only tracks time, speed, distance and calories burned.
Seat: The Motion Fitness Easy Mini-Cycle is designed to be placed on a desk, table or the floor. You?ll need to be seated to use it, but any chair will do, just make sure it?s sturdy and you?re comfortable.
Pedals: The pedals feature straps to keep your feet on the pedals when using the Motion Fitness Easy Mini-Cycle as a lower body bike. Easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes, just pick the slot that best fits your feet. The pedals are also designed to fit comfortably in your hands when using the upper body bike feature.
Resistance Adjustment: The resistance can be adjusted by turning the knob on the front of the Easy Mini-Cycle. This tightens a bolt against a flywheel increasing the effort required to pedal.
Floor Protectors: The floor protectors on the Easy Mini-Cycle protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.
