LifeCore Fitness 900RB Recumbent Bike

Performance Monitor
The LCD monitor on the LifeCore 900RB Recumbent allows you to track time, temperature and heart rate using the integrated hand grip sensors. Uses an iPod inspired toggle wheel for easy scrolling/ resistance adjustments.

Workout Programs
The LifeCore 900RB Recumbent features 16 user programs. There are 12 pre-set courses in which the computer adjusts the resistance to take you through a workout. Additional programs include time trial with pacer, 3 Heart Rate control programs and a Manual mode.

Front Handle Bar
The twin, straight front handle bars provides stability when getting in and out of the bike and also allow additional riding positions for variety.

Seat
The LifeCore 900RB Recumbent's basic padded high back seat features the only vertically adjustable seat back to customize lumbar support placement for users of all sizes. The angled seat rail ensures that whatever your leg length, you'll get the correct angle to the pedals to minimize knee strain. Handles next to the seat have integrated hand grip Heart Rate sensors transmit your pulse for display on the monitor.

Pedals
Wide comfort pedals feature Foot straps on the pedals allow you to pull up on the pedals, giving you more power and evenly builds your leg muscles. Easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes, just pick the slot that best fits your feet.

Resistance Adjustment
The LifeCore 900RB Recumbent uses magnetic resistance to provide a virtually silent biking experience. The resistance can be adjust by a push of a button on the Monitor, or choose one to the pre-set programs and let the computer adjust the resistance for you.

Floor Protectors
The deluxe floor protectors on the LifeCore 900RB Recumbent protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.
