Performance Monitor
The LCD monitor on the Schwinn 101 Upright allows you to track time, distance, speed, resistance level and heart rate using the integrated hand grip sensors.

Workout Programs
The Schwinn 101 Upright features 6 pre-set courses in which the computer adjusts the resistance to take you through a workout.

Multi Position Handle Bars
The multi position handlebars allow for a variety of riding positions from a normal seated position to a crouched sprint position, and even a standing hill climbing position with the hands on the farthest point of the bars. Integrated hand grip Heart Rate sensors pick up the users pulse and transmit it to the monitor for display.

Seat
The Schwinn 101 Upright's seat has extra padding and is ergonomically designed to provide comfort on rides of any length. The seat adjusts vertically with a locking pull pin and multiple hole stop settings.

Pedals
Foot straps on the pedals allow you to pull up on the pedals, giving you more power and evenly builds your leg muscles. Easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes, just pick the slot that best fits your feet.

Resistance Adjustment
The Schwinn 101 Upright uses magnetic resistance to provide a virtually silent biking experience. The resistance can be adjust by a push of a button on the Monitor, or choose one to the pre-set programs and let the computer adjust the resistance for you.

Floor Protectors
The deluxe floor protectors on the Schwinn 101 Upright protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.

Deluxe User Console
A place for everything! The deluxe user console features a Remote, cell phone or MP3 holder, an Integrated coin/key tray, a water bottle holder and a Reading Rack for your latest book, magazine or work project.
