Phoenix Bio Cycle II

Performance Monitor
The large, easy to read monitor on the Phoenix Bio-Cycle II allows you to track target heart rate zone, speed, distance, elapsed time, estimated calories burned, program plan and to adjust the resistance.

Workout Programs
The Phoenix Bio-Cycle II lets you set goals for your target heart rate and will then adjust the resistance to keep you there. Or let the computer adjust the resistance in 5 pre-set programs - weight loss, fitness training, endurance training, interval training and a 3 mile race against the computer.

Multi Position Handle Bars
The multi position handlebars allow for a variety of riding positions from a normal seated position to a crouched sprint position, and even a standing hill climbing position with the hands on the farthest point of the bars. Integrated hand grip Heart Rate sensors pick up the users pulse and transmit it to the monitor for display.

Seat
The Phoenix Bio-Cycle II's seat has extra padding and is ergonomically designed to provide comfort on rides of any length. The seat adjusts vertically with a locking pull pin and multiple stop-hole settings.

Pedals
Foot straps on the pedals allow you to pull up on the pedals, giving you more power and evenly builds your leg muscles. Easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes, just pick the slot that best fits your feet.

Resistance Adjustment
The Phoenix Bio-Cycle II uses magnetic resistance to provide a virtually silent biking experience. The resistance can be adjusted by turning the knob located just under the handle bars.

Floor Protectors
The deluxe floor protectors on the Phoenix Bio-Cycle II protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath.
